Post-war syndromes, love in the scenery of post-apocalyptic romanticism — all these themes sometimes haunt me, all this can be traced back to childhood, when friends returned to my native land, with a crippled psyche after internal military conflicts…  

Below is a photo of the works presented at the joint exhibition of the winners of the “New Names” competition, in  the Museum of Nonconformist Art, Saint Petersburg, 2020. Among them is a portrait of the famous Russian general L.Ya.Rokhlin.

From below   — These are parts of a large frieze. Gas guardsmen designed for worship. This is how the gas pantheon is formed…
